Peach Mix
- 2 jars 24 oz canned peaches drained
- 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 c. flour
Crisp Mix
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chopped rosemary
- 1/2 c. softened butter
Combine the Peach Mix ingredients in a bowl. Add the peach mix to an 8 inch square or similar backing dish. In a separate bowl, combine the Crisp Mix ingredients. Then top the peaches with the Crisp Mix. Bake at 400 degree F. for 30 mins. Optional: Top with powdered sugar and garnish with rosemary sprigs. Best served warm with a small scoop of vanilla or butter pecan ice cream. Enjoy and Merry Christmas!
